I'm a 59 year old male who wasn't sure Pilates was for me, but after my first session at TRUE I became not only a believer, but an outspoken proponent! They have an amazing ability to "teach and instruct" as help me find those muscles that need to be worked on. Just when I think I am doing it right, they remind me to turn that heel in, or hold the elbow at a right angle, and it always seems like they are telling me to sit up straight. In addition to our popular one-one Pilates sessions, we offer Pilates Reformer, and Pilates Mat. Build incredible core strength at our mat classes using just your body weight, bands, and rings, or come try out the Pilates apparatus (Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair and mat) in a semi-private 2-3 person circuit style class.

What makes Pilates different
